* Payments are processed securely via Paypal. We do not store full card details.

* We deliver within the UK unless stated otherwise.

* Delivery times are estimated; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

* Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

* Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is a defect or damage, contact us within 24hrs.

* Due to the nature of our products (candles), we cannot accept returns unless items are faulty or damaged.

* Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion & in compliance with UK consumer rights law.

* Colours and scents may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings or batch differences.
